Need just one clean? A one-time visit is the 6-Month rate plus 20%. Standard rates apply Monday to Saturday, 6am–10pm. Sundays, special holidays and night visits (10pm–6am) are +25%. Tennis courts are quoted per site. Courts that haven’t had a machine deep clean in over a year start with a Restoration Clean (₱4,500 per pickleball court) before any plan. All rates exclude VAT. Acrylic with sand texture
Our brushes, cleaner and method are set up for acrylic sport surfaces with a silica-sand finish. That's the only surface we take on.

Before you book
How much does court cleaning cost in Metro Manila?
CourtPrime's monthly membership for 5 or more courts starts at ₱990 per court per visit (₱1,100 paid monthly). Facilities with 1–4 courts start at ₱1,170 per court. A one-court trial visit is ₱2,200. Add one mobilization fee per visit: ₱700 Near, ₱1,100 Mid, ₱1,700 Far, ₱2,300 South.
How often should pickleball courts be cleaned?
Busy indoor venues should get one wet deep clean a month, with staff dry-sweeping daily. Lighter-use club, village and condo courts can be cleaned every 3 or 6 months.
What is Opening & Event Prep?
A one-off deep clean at ₱4,500 per court, booked before new courts open or before a tournament, league night or brand event.
Can you clean while we're open?
We need the courts we're working on closed. We schedule around your booking calendar and can work court by court so the rest stay open.
What does the 48-hour guarantee cover?
Our workmanship. If a clean isn't to standard, tell us within 48 hours and we re-clean at no charge. Existing stains and coating wear are documented before we start and aren't covered.
Will cleaning damage our surface?
No. We never pressure wash, because it strips the sand texture from acrylic. We use the softest nylon brush and a gentle cleaner made for automatic scrubbers.
Do you bring everything?
We bring the machine, brushes, cleaner and crew. You provide power and water on site.
